Sections
Acceptance. By accessing ai-girlfriends.run you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use AI Girlfriends.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.
Fictional characters. All companions are fictional adult characters. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
Entertainment purpose. The service is provided for entertainment and companionship. It is not professional, medical, legal or psychological advice.
Account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential.
Account responsibility. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to create content involving minors in any way.
Prohibited content. Content depicting or suggesting minors, non-consent, real-person impersonation or illegal acts is strictly forbidden and leads to immediate termination.
No automated access. You may not scrape, copy or access the service using bots or automated tools without our written permission.
User content. You keep ownership of messages you write. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to provide the service.
Generated content. Images, voice and text produced by companions are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual property. The AI Girlfriends name, design, characters and artwork belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.
Free features. Some features are free. We may change or limit free features at any time.
Premium subscriptions. Premium plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
Virtual items. Any credits or virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Price changes. We may change prices with advance notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new price.
Availability. We aim for constant availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to the service. We may add, modify or remove features to improve the experience.
Suspension and termination. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
Privacy. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator's place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect once published on this page.
